About
The Semantic Web is designed to be an universal decentralized information space, where any piece of information can be linked to any other piece of information, and descriptions of information resources are open-ended (i.e., statements about any resource can be made independently by anyone).
This project investigates the use of cryptographic schemes based on pairings, as building blocks of a Semantic Web security architecture that is well-matched to the communication and data models that characterize such a dynamic and open system.
