From June 2006, I am an independent Information Assurance Consultant.

From February 2005 to May 2006, I was with Andxor S.r.l. as Chief Security Architect.

From July 2001 to January 2005, I worked for C & A S.r.l. (an Andxor spin-off).
I joined C & A as a Sr. Security Architect. In 2003, I've been appointed Chief Security Architect.

In the 2003, I was also a Visiting Scholar at Dept. Elect. Eng.-ESAT/SCD-COSIC, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Before joining C & A, I have done consultancy work in the area of information security (1997-2001).


My research interests are in the areas of information security and system dependability.

What's New

September 2006 - Cryptographic Key Reliable Lifetime passed a second round review process and now has been included in the selected papers from FDTC 2005/FDTC 2004 in the FDTC 2006 Proceedings - LNCS vol. 4236, pp 144-158, Springer Verlag.

August 2006 - I have started my M.Sc. in Information Security, at Royal Holloway, University of London.

February 2006 - I'll be speaking at the SIMAI VIII Congress being held at Baia Samuele (Ragusa), on May 22-26 2006.

July 2005 - Here is an implementation of the framework provided in my FDTC 05 paper.

May 2005 - The next 2nd September I will be in Edinburgh for the Workshop on Fault Diagnosis and Tolerance in Cryptography (FDTC). This year is co-located with CHES. See you there!

March 2005 - I have been appointed Evaluator by the European Commission for proposals submitted under the IST priority Strategic Objective 2.4.3 - 'Towards a Global Dependability and Security Framework' under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
